The Gnostic Uprising in the Rumble in the Jungle

Don Castellano is the most wealthy and most powerful of the Pentecostal Evangelico Pastors in Communidad Laconja. His father was a missionary from the United States. His mother was Lacondon Mayan. He wears the white tunic of a Lacondon Mayan. But his long hair is blonde. His skin is white. He wears a severe judgemental expression on his face.

He is not a particularly approachable dude. I remember him from when I was in Palenque nine years ago. I did not speak to him then. I have not spoken to him on this visit to the jungle. It is clear that I have been judged and condemned by him.

Don Castellano is the author of the false accusation that Ishmael is selling herb.

He has told this lie to the police. The police came to Ishmael and told him that an investigation has been initiated. But that for 7,000 pesos, about $700, the investigation can be squelched.

Ishmael told the police that it is clear who the criminals are - and bring it on bee-otch.

Don Castellano told this lie to newspaper reporters from San Cristobal. They came to Ishmael. Ishmael told them that it is clear that they are not honest journalists, that they are the bee-otches of the wealthy and powerful and the evangelicos. He told them to bring it on - bee-otches.

They told him to read all about it in the newspaper.

I am presently in San Cristobal de las Casas where I have free internet access at the public library. I am making two leaflets. One will be in Spanish. One will be in Lacondon Mayan. The leaflets will consist of the words of Rabbi Yeshua as he is quoted in the canonical bible - with slight alterations to address the current circumstances in Communidad Laconja. The leaflets will be posted throughout the pueblo.

The following is the English Translation:

9) You honor me in vain, teaching as doctrines the commandments of men. Mateo 15

20) You know the commandments...no false witness... Lucas 18

18) That which comes from the mouth, comes from the heart; and what comes from the mouth contaminates a person.

19) Because from the heart comes the bad thoughts, ...the false witness against a neighbor... Mateo 15.

27) Alas! you Evangelicos and Pharisees, hypocrites! You are like whitened sepulchres that from the outside look nice but inside are full of bones of the dead and every kind of filth.

13) Alas! you Evangelicos and Pharisees, hypocrites. Because you close the door to the kingdom of heaven, neither entering yourself, or allowing others to enter. Mateo 23

6) When you want to pray go into a closet and shut the door. Pray to God who sees in secret and rewards in public. Mateo 6

34) I say - you are gods and goddesses. Juan 10

24) No one can serve two masters; because you will come to hate one and love the other, or hold in high esteem one and minimize the other. It is not possible to serve God and money. Mateo 6
